		Land survey in April 2003 by engineer Mr Sheng
		Rocks for building traditional Tibetan wall.
		The wall is 1 meter thick at the foundation.
		The chorten at the background is a prominent landmark.
		The engineer Mr.Sheng,
		the founder GongQiao CaiRang Rinpoche,
		and the architect Mr. Kwong.
		Note that it's still very cold in April.
		Half of the school was built in 2003. Although it is
		designed to hold 96 students,
		it is accomodating 100 in the first year.
		There is no more room for new students.
